Thank you for shopping with Belfield Home. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Ordering Samples:

• Samples are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as a guide it may take up-to 7 days until your samples are received.
• Samples are non-returnable or refundable unless the item is deemed as faulty. You have 14 days from receipt of goods to initiate a resolution.

Made-to-Measure Items:

• Currently all our made-to-measure items are only available to purchase through our approved stockists.
• Any queries or returns should be raised with the business you purchased your finished product from as this is who your sales contract has been formed with.
