Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Samples Policy

To help you make the perfect choice, we offer fabric samples before you commit to a full order.

Ordering Samples:
  • Samples are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery is via Royal Mail 2d Class 2-4 business Days.
Please Note:
  • Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. Unless the sample is deemed faulty as per the Consumer Rights Act. 

  • There may be slight variations between sample cuts and full-sized products due to batch differences.

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or damaged. 

  • Please note: As all of our Curtains, Blinds & Cushions are made to order, to your exact specifications. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible - if your product has not been processed by production , then we will cancel and refund this for you. It is not possible to cancel your order if production has started usually within 24 hours of your order being placed.
How to Return:
  1. Contact our support team on 0333 016 4143 or at customerservices@esselleretail.com or through our contact form with your order number. 

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Package your item securely and send it back to us.

Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
